American Heritage Girls

Faith | Service | Fun

American Heritage Girls (AHG) is the premier national character development organization for girls ages 5 to 18 that embraces Christian values and encourages family involvement. AHG is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the mission of building women of integrity through service to God, family, community and country. We offer merit badge programs, service projects, outdoor experiences, and girl leadership opportunities.

Here at Center Church we meet each Thursday at 6:15 pm - 8 pm in the children’s area in the church basement. We plan a variety of extra special events for the girls and their families each year including: Mother/Daughter Tea, Father/Daughter Dance, Camping, Sleepovers, and many Outdoor activities.

We are also serving the Welcome / Lexington community through numerous projects this year, such as Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Gifts, caroling at Grayson Creek, making blankets for special organizations, making cookies for Hospice, and ringing the bell for the Salvation Army. We are a very active, fun organization.
